Delta PRO Brand Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside, Underbed and Trailer Tongue Storage Products Three-Year Warranty Statement
This Warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of Delta PRO Brand Aluminum and Steel Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside, Underbed Truck and Trailer Tongue Boxes and it is valid for three (3) years from date of the purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.
If the un-damaged Posi-Lift™ gas springs fail to open an unrestricted lid during the period of the warranty coverage stated above, Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. will provide replacement gas springs at no-charge. Installation of replacement gas springs is not included.

This is a great truck tool box. It has more space than I need (I could put everything in it except the spare tire) the steel construction welds are great. I love the fact that you can lock both sides on the tool box and then use the key to open it from either side while the other side stays locked so you only have to unlock / open one (either) side to get in. The bottom is strong as well and does not "sag" as I added my tool box and full size floor jack. [...]The two issues with the tool box itself is that the weather seal installed inside the lid of the box was not installed straight and was folded back on itself at one point. For installation, there are three sets of pre-drilled holes on each side but only the center set of holes are slotted so if you want to secure the box with more than one set of "J" bolts, you'll have to drill depending on the width of your truck bed. That was all easily fixed and otherwise, I could not ask for a better product.
