General Warranty Information for all Delta / JOBOX Products

Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and/or re-assembly of the product will invalidate this warranty. Damage to the contents of the box, vehicle or other consequential damages is excluded from this warranty.

In the case of a nonconforming product, you should return the product to the point of purchase or an authorized Delta retail/dealer store. The seller will either repair or replace the product at their option if the product should prove to be defecting in material or workmanship. If you feel that you have not been offered a satisfactory resolution to your warranty issue, you maybe submit your request in writing for further consideration to:

Explain in writing the nature of the problem and why you feel you have not been offered a satisfactory solution. Be sure to include the Model Number of the product and a copy of the sales receipt.

Note: This warranty applies solely to domestic sales and shipments made within the continental USA. It gives you specific legal rights in the USA, and you may have other rights imposed by one or more states in the USA.

Delta PRO Brand Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside, Underbed and Trailer Tongue Storage Products Three-Year Warranty Statement

This Warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of Delta PRO Brand Aluminum and Steel Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside, Underbed Truck and Trailer Tongue Boxes and it is valid for three (3) years from date of the purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

If the un-damaged Posi-Lift™ gas springs fail to open an unrestricted lid during the period of the warranty coverage stated above, Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. will provide replacement gas springs at no-charge. Installation of replacement gas springs is not included.

Delta PRO Limited Edition Crossover Truck Box Three-Year Warranty Statement

This Warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of Delta PRO Limited Edition Aluminum Crossover Truck Boxes and it is valid for three (3) years from date of the purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and / or re-assembly of the product will invalidate this warranty.

Delta CHAMPION Brand Truck Box One-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of Delta CHAMPION Brand Truck Boxes made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. and is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

Delta Brand Aluminum, Steel and Poly Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Liquid Transfer Tank, Trailer Tongue and Wheel Well Storage Products One-Year Limited Warranty*

*Excludes Structural Foam Model 203000 and 204000 Crossovers which have a special warranty which apply to only these models.

This warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of Delta Brand Aluminum, Steel and Poly Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Liquid Transfer Tank, Trailer Tongue and Wheel Well Boxes made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. and is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

JOBOX Brand Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside and Underbed Truck Box Five-Year Limited Warranty Statement

This warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of JOBOX Brand Aluminum and Steel Crossover, Innerside, Chest, Topside and Underbed Truck Boxes and it is valid for five (5) years from date of the purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. warrants that these products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and/or reassembly of the product will invalidate this warranty.

If the undamaged Posi-Lift III Gas Springs fail to open an unrestricted lid during a period of Five (5) Years from the date of purchase, Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. will provide replacement parts or replace the product entirely at its discretion at no-charge. Installation of replacement parts is not included.

Damage to the contents of the box, vehicle or other consequential damages is excluded from this warranty.

JOBOX Brand On-Site Storage Products One-Year Limited Warranty Statement

This warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. to the original purchaser of JOBOX Brand On-Site Storage Products and it is valid for one (1) year from date of the purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt at the time of the warranty claim.

Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. warrants that these products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and/or reassembly of the product will invalidate this warranty.

Damage to the contents of the box, a vehicle, structure or other consequential damages is excluded from this warranty.

Kargo Master Racks Limited Warranty Statement

Kargo Master Inc. extends to the purchaser of this Kargo Master product:

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY — If your product cracks, bends, buckles or structurally fails in any way, Kargo Master, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair the product.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS — This warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazard, impairment from accidents, overloading beyond the stated rack capacity. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs made outside the factory without factory authorization. Any alterations to this product render these warranties null and void.

LOAD CAPACITY — All Kargo Master racks have a “Rated Capacity”. This means that the unmounted rack itself is designed and tested to support this amount of evenly distributed weight. PLEASE NOTE, your vehicle may be equipped to handle the rack with this weight of cargo. Kargo Master makes no representation or warranties as to the amount of weight that can be carried safely by or without damaging the body of your vehicle. Always keep heavy loads evenly distributed and as low as possible. Overloading your vehicle will greatly reduce stability and can cause dangerous braking and handling problems. Heavy loads on top of the vehicle will substantially increase the tendency of the vehicle to overturn. Consult your vehicle manufacturer as to the load carrying capacity of the vehicle and vehicle body.

LIMITED WARRANTY — This frame warranty contains all of the terms of the warranty being provided in connection with Kargo Master products. No person is authorized to make any changes or additions to the terms set forth herein unless they are set forth in writing and signed by an officer of the Company. All other express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. If the Kargo Master product failure is covered by the Frame Warranty, the Company's sole obligation shall be replacement or repair of the Kargo Master product described above. In no event will the company be liable or responsible to the purchaser, employees, or agents of the purchaser, family members or other users for any damages other than the cost to replace or repair the Kargo Master product as described above. Th is limitation applies to damages of any kind, including any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings, loss of use or cost of capital, physical injury or death, or other special incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages whether for breech of contract , tort, or otherwise or whether arising out of the inability to use the Kargo Master product. This warranty is limited: thus the terms and conditions of the warranty should be reviewed and understood before purchasing or installing the Kargo Master product.

To obtain performance obligations under this warranty:

If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within the warranty period, take the product to your authorized dealer. If no dealer is available, contact the factory. Make a claim under the warranty (your dealer will assist you) and pay freight charges to ship the product back to the factory. You must return the product within the warranty period. Kargo Master will promptly remedy the defect and will return the product prepaid.
