Return Policy

We are committed to making the returns process as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the return is made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise and the product has not been used, the returned merchandise will be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee. All returned merchandise must be received within 10 days of issuing the RMA. Please note that any merchandise returned will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, unless damaged or defective.

We recommend getting insurance, as we can't be responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Save your tracking number, so that you can track the status of your return back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with your return.
